Fjellro i Eggedal
Welcome to spectacular views of majestic mountains!
After a 20-minute hike up the terrain, the landscape opens up, and you suddenly find yourself with a view that will take your breath away. Here, with a 180-degree panoramic view of Norefjell and peaks like Høgevarde, you will find a tranquility that is difficult to describe, but impossible to forget.
Eggedal is a hidden gem between the mountains, known for its untouched nature and as a gateway to some of Eastern Norway’s most beautiful mountain areas. This landscape has inspired artists such as Theodor Kittelsen, with its distinctive light and quiet forests.
If you feel like experiencing local culture/food or combine your stay with some activities, we recommend to consider these:

Take a trip to their French-inspired Café 1889. Here you can get everything from crêpes, homemade sour cream porridge and delicious macaroons that you can enjoy with a delicious coffee.
EGGEDAL BADSTUE / SAGHØLEN BADEPLASS
